I want to give you one tip that will dramatically help you get to report much faster. So if you're a door knocking or cold calling, you'd say Hey, Mr. Mrs. homeowner, I'm so sorry to bother you. I had promised my clients that I would check in with every single homeowner in this 450 home community to see if they know about anybody that is thinking about selling or even renting their home. Now, it provides for a rationale as to why you're there your door knocking to ask them, because you promised your clients that you would ask them and that alone makes everybody feel like you're a good person and you work hard for the benefit of your clients. So if you're ever door knocking or cold calling to say I'm so sorry to bother you, I promised my clients that I would do blank and that gets you in really good rapport right away.
