You'll make open house sucks. You know why you're like, let me just get a taco truck and you think I'll just get people for tacos and they'll come see the house. That is terrible. You know why you got to be able to sell against that? You know, when I'm in the appointment, I say, did he tell you that they were gonna do a taco truck? That's how they're gonna get people to your house with food. You know what I did? I just cast a doubt. Instead, I saved Mr. Mrs. Klein, we actually do a 412 Open House formula. This is what we do four days prior. This is what we do on the day of and this is what we do two days after. I made this up last night. It doesn't matter, because what you're doing is you're doing this stuff anyway. Your job is to tell a great story so that they get safety around this process.
