There are three major agreements that govern a real estate transaction. There's a listing agreement between the seller and me, the listing agent. There's a buyer's agreement between the buyer and the buyer's agent. And then there's a purchase contract between the seller and the buyer. And it's our job to bring all of those together. If they miss Mrs. Klein, the first one is a listing agreement. It is between you, the seller, and me, the listing agent. This is what it looks like. Then there's a buyer, and they're going to sign a buyer agency agreement to help them represent them to actually write an offer on our home. Here's what that looks like. And by the way, when all of this comes together, and we get an offer, this is called a purchase contract. And this is what this looks like. Put it on the table. What are they looking at now, your expertise around this? Why are you hiding your expertise?
