Whenever you make a presentation you want to enter the conversation in the prospects mind. And when you enter the conversation in the prospects mind, you not only see the opportunity, but you also see the objection. It is our job to manufacture all the objections they may potentially see. And once we know all those objections, every time you know what objection it is, you have to have a show flow demo associated with solving that objection, not just a script, a show flow demo, because then anytime the objection comes up, you can be like, Oh my gosh, my client Sharran just asked me this question yesterday. Let me show you and that immediately de escalates them and makes them feel better.
