It'll take two minutes can ask them three questions right now. Yes, what was one thing you liked about the home? What's one thing that you didn't like, what would you change? Hey, is there anything preventing you from making an offer? They'll say, Oh, we're looking at three more homes. Then you get to go tell your seller. Hey, I followed up with the 32 people that came to the open house and 14 of them said that the only thing preventing them from making an offer is not having this easement done is because the pool is not ready. You can tell them that because now they know that that's the only thing preventing them from making the offer. You don't see the feedback I got was blank.
