This is the I have a buyer script. It goes like this. Hey, hi, this is Helen calling from Sharran's office right here in Laguna Beach. Sharran asked me to give you a call because... call the middleman frame. We have a client that has two children in XYZ school that needs to buy a home in the next four months. Super specific. We have, not we have a buyer. We have a client that has two children, in XYZ school district that needs to buy a home in the next four months, super specific. We promised our clients that would try and call every single homeowner in the neighborhood to see if they're new, anyone that's been thinking of selling or even just running their home, pause. You will get whatever back I don't care what they say. I don't get what they say. Right? He's like, Hey, would it be okay if I just emailed or texted you our personal contact information? That way, If you hear of anything, let us know because it would really help our clients family. Not if you hear anything, let us know because now that's about you. If you hear anything let us know so that will help our clients family. That's about your client. Completely different. Small little change significantly better warmth.
