So, do you have an open house script that works every time? Here's what I mean. If you're a real estate agent and you're holding a house open, and a client walks in the door, what do you say to them? OH, hi, my name is Sharran, what brings you here today. Like let's not do that. Why are they there? They're there to see the home, right. So, all we have to say is, hey, did you see the signs, or did you find us online? When you give them a choice of did you see the signs, or did you find us online? It gives them a way to actually come into your world as to what actually brought up there.
