You're on, you're on the table, right? You say Mr. Mrs. Client. The first one is the listing agreement. It is between you, the seller, and me, the listing agent. This is what it looks like, then there's a buyer, and they're going to sign a buyer agency agreement to help them represent them to actually write an offer on our home. Here's what that looks like. And by the way, when all of this comes together, and we get an offer, this is called a purchase contract. And this is what this looks like, put it on the table. What are they looking at now, your expertise around this? Why are you hiding your expertise? And you know, how you bring this to life? You bring this to life, Because this brings the money conversation to life. And you take the purchase contract and you say, Mr. Mrs. Client, it is our job to bring you an offer that you want at a price that you want on the terms that you want, and that is reflected in this purchase contract. Why don't we fill out the perfect purchase contract for you and literally write the numbers in there. What they're going to tell you, they're going to tell you what they want. Because otherwise you're like, What do you think your home is worth?
