That word was created and said by someone who's never talked to a client in their life that has a pit in their stomach that they're not going to get that listing. Instead, you say? How do you how do you mean 2%? Now I put the onus of validation and response on them. And they'll tell you everything. Well, we met with Jimmy and you know, he sells a lot of homes in the market. And What's his last name again? Oh, he sells a lot of homes in the market. And he said that he only charges 2%. Oh, did he break down the entire fee commission? Because I'm a little confused. Oh, yeah. He said that he charges 2%. And Oh, gotcha. So let me so what you're looking for is a commission structure that both works for you and works for them. Is that right? Great.
