This is called the buyer universe. Mr. and Mrs. Client You’d probably be thinking about marketing, but we have to solve a much bigger problem first. We got to figure out who we're going to market to. The frame is we breakdown the entire universe of buyers into four categories. Here's the most powerful words. Let me show you. So, this is my friend Andrea Duane. So, she did this live with people. And she's like, hey, you got active buyers, passive buyers, people that you know, people that you don't know. Our job is to put something in each box who would be an active buyer that, you know, so somebody that actually signed into your open house, there will be an active buyer that you know. Exactly right. So you're right, open houses right there. So, they're like, Oh my gosh, they no active buyers right now. Good. Then you go to the next box up top, who would be passive buyers that you know, everybody in your database, So you say CRM, you go to the next box to the top right. Who would be passive buyers that you don't know? People that are on social media and my entire network, right? Social media. The most important thing is you want the bottom right box last because you want to find that, that is the Holy Grail. You want to find active buyers that you don't know. How do you find active buyers that you don't know, so you say Mr. and Mrs. Client, the way we find active buyers that we don't know is we're run a good process. Let me show you the listing launch process that drives our buyer attraction formula. Because you use good process to get good results. Because you already run a process, you just have to tell them that you're running the process.
