What happens when you get messy, complex objections over text? You want to get the right medium to answer the questions in the most elegant way. So if you know of a way to answer the commission, objection handling question on text message, go do that. But I will tell you right now, that's very hard to do pay. Are you willing to rebate your commission because the Redfin agent said that they were they're willing to do that. And then your response should be what what are they thinking they're triggered. So all we have to do there is say, oh, my gosh, no problem at all. We just want to make sure we get you a home that you want, at a price that you want at the terms that you want, and you wanna spend two minutes kind of talking about it. I can give you the landscape of how all of this works. What did I do? De escalate, so you got to acknowledge and reduce their stress. Instead, if I say, hey, this would be a better conversation for us to have on the phone. Literally in their head. They gave me the finger
