This is not the right question to ask. Even if it is a good job with this article breaking down how weather brokerages have the right model for this business climate. But the problem is that folks don't understand that brokerages and agents have a symbiotic business model so they can go out and serve their clients. And over the years, brokerages in the last 200 plus years have operated with this idea of agent centric approach which is try to find things that agents like the tools and give it to them be a vendor of tools. But in today's world, the agent has figured out how to go get their own tools, how to get the go get their own services. So, what a brokerage needs to do differently in today's environment is to have a not an agent centric model but an entrepreneur centric model, so that the agent can actually plug into the brokerage layer and then use their business to serve the clients well. Only then does an agent succeed. So, the question we should be asking is more about model discovery, doesn't matter what brokerage you are, whether it's a traditional model in your model. What's important is for you and all the agents to have model discovery to understand the models that are out there. To see if it's a good fit for you and your business and your clients. Because when you don't know your options, you don't have any.
