The number one reason that agents don't use home warranties because for the home warranty, they don't cover something the client gets you think the client gets mad at you. And that's the reason that most of the agents do not use Home Warranty just give me like, somewhat of a nod, the home warranty, they're like, man, they bought this now they're mad at me that I recommended it and they don't actually cover it and I look bad. Therefore, I'm never going to recommend Home Warranty. I will tell you that I recommend the home warranty every single time. Right because what they're doing is they're covering and managing replacement costs and you just have to like have a really good relationship with a home warranty rep. If you don't have a good relationship, the home warranty rep you should get one because they can really help you through the process because that relationship is what they can do to kind of get things done.
